speed-dreams or speed-dreams-data is missing the documentation which can be found in the source package in the directory doc. Since there's no online documentation it should be installed to /usr/share/doc/speed-dreams. The documentation seems to be necessary at least for new speed-dreams users as it seems to be impossible to get the cars controlled.
