Description:
Attached is a patch to the sysstat package that fixes several small-to-moderate issues:

- Make sa2 collate yesterday's data instead of today's as recommended by
upstream in cron.daily/sysstat. If we do today's data it will be incomplete
since today isn't over yet.

- Install config files to /etc/conf.d instead of /etc/sysconfig, which is a Red Hat
location.

- Don't install duplicate copy of config file to /etc/sysstat/ where it
wasn't used anyway.

- Obey ${SADC_OPTIONS} in rc.d script so it becomes possible to collect
INT and DISK data on the same day as a reboot. If this script creates the day's file
without collecting such data, it is impossible to begin collecting it from cron.hourly
without deleting the file and starting over.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
sysstat 10.0.1-1

I forgot one additional fix: adding the config files to the backup array. Another small patch attached.
