Description:
When installing dovecot, pacman complains:

chgrp: cannot access `/var/run/dovecot/login': No such file or directory
error: command failed to execute correctly

Root cause seems to be that in dovecot.install script, login directory was changed from /var/run/dovecot/login
to /var/empty, but chgrp command still references non-existent /var/run/dovecot/login directory.

Apparent fix:

Remove defunct chgrp command.
