/etc/pam.d/kde-np file misses 'session required pam_limits.so' line, thus kde doesn't acknowledge limits set in /etc/security/limits.conf. Moreover, my auth logs show that 'system-account' option used there isn't recognized. Another problem is that kde-np is installed with wrong permissions (should be 644 like the other pam files, not 755). And kde-np still exists in kdebase source directory in abs, while it's currently only used in kde-common package. Lastly, cosmetic change, I think giving complete path of pam libs in kde-np isn't necessary, lib name alone should be sufficient, just like it is in other pam files :-) Uh, I guess that would be all of my observations, have fun fixing it, tpowa ;-) |
