Details

Description:
systemd tries to load cups via /etc/rc.d/cups file while this file doesn't exist (there is a /etc/rc.d/cupsd file).

Steps to reproduce:
1. install and configure cups and initscripts-systemd
2. reboot
3. run 'systemctl start cups.service'

I think you must change cups to cupsd in your rc.conf under DAEMONS.

Please do not use arch-daemons.target. We have a working unit file in systemd-arch-units which will properly start cups.
