For us non-TUR -people, it would be nice if we could give pointers where users can find our repos.

So, I propose an additional field that can be used for this, and a way for users to see this field when looking at that developer's AUR entry.
This task depends upon

I know Jason either created or provided a link, once, to a Wiki page listing repos of users. Maybe the easiest way is for us to supply a link to that wiki page off of the AUR main page and let users modify that list? This gives us the opportunity to put the standard disclaimer at the top and still gives users the freedom to list their own repos as they see fit.

Maybe we could add a "general info" type field where users could say whatever about themselves (including a Server line), then put this on a user info page.

Another way to fix this would be to accept more Trusted Users in :-)

I have added a link to the main page, for now, pointing to the wiki page listing the repos. Let's see if we like this in v1.0.2 and decide if we need something more rigorous.

it may also work to allow personal repo owners to claim a package (which could be overridden by a TU)... that way if someone wants a package they can see what repo it's in

I think this has been open long enough to safely say that it's not happening.

I'm going to close this bug, and suggest that repo maintainers all apply for TU positions, we are accepting and in need of new TUs.

If you still wish to advertise the packages in your repo on the AUR, add it's pacman lines in a comment on the package.
