A full update with an up-to-date mirror will solve this as your liblrdf is outdated but not your redland suite, but I'll go ahead and add versioned deps for this (and a few other pkgs) in an incoming update.

The problem file was fftw-3.2.2-2 [1.26 MB].
Now is all OK.
