As of 2011/08/05, kerneltools.org has expired, making the URL given by module-init-tools’ package invalid.

Currently, this one seems most appropriate: http://kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/module-init-tools/.

https://modules.wiki.kernel.org would be a better choice since it's more than just a source tarball listing.
