Description:
Battery monitor always shows 100% in version 0.5.8 of lxpanel. Colour changes correctly when switched from battery to power. "acpi -b" gives correct reading.
Downgrading to version 0.5.6 fixes the problem.

Additional info:
Hardware Used: EeePC 901

This seems to be a re-introduction of a bug reported (and fixed) in version 0.5.5 (ref: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-lxde-maintainers/2010-May/000074.html)

The attached patch fixes a few things:
- battery_new uses battery_reset, so declare that first
- do not divide by zero for old/defective batteries that report zero voltage
- calculate the percentage in general

The last item on that list is a regression. Since the quality of computers at my disposal at this moment is very minimal, I am not sending this upstream. I could not figure out the procedure, apart from some pointless patch-stacking in sourceforge where the developers do not seem to harvest very often. Feel free to forward this patch.
