Description:
Make the dependecy on gpsd optional. Not everyone has a gps device attached to the computer, and that makes for an unnecesary dependency.

Besides, gpsd dependency can be problematic since it dependes on lesstif which is in conflict with openmotif. This makes kdeedu-marble (and thus any package dependent on it, like digikam) incompatible with packages that depend on openmotif.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

Make the gpsd an optdepends and a makedepends.
This task depends upon
