Description:
kipi-plugins is missing the plugins for Debian Screenshots and Facebook.
Both need qjson as makedepends. So it would be nice to add it.

I don't know whether qjson should be a optdepends or a depends for kipi-plugins as currently some are optdepends and some are not. This could probably be unified.

Two patches attached for both possibilities.
