DetailsDescription: Line 19 and 38 in the PKGBUILD point to an older patch for 2.6.39 which is being applied to 3.0.0. This might be okay, just wanted to point it out. Sorry if it's kosher.

Additional comments about closing: That patch is required for kernel 2.6.39 and later because of changed functions and structures in the kernel.
Patch has already been submitted upstream, but so far nobody concerned to look at it.
