DetailsDescription: Summary says it all. I have both rpcbind and nfs-common running and mounted a media share as I have done for years..
$ sudo mount -t nfs phobos:/media /media/phobos ...nothing mounted. When I inspected dmesg, found the segfault. $ dmesg | tail [ 18.996089] RPC: Registered named UNIX socket transport module. [ 18.996091] RPC: Registered udp transport module. [ 18.996092] RPC: Registered tcp transport module. [ 18.996093] RPC: Registered tcp NFSv4.1 backchannel transport module. [ 19.000398] FS-Cache: Loaded [ 19.007302] FS-Cache: Netfs 'nfs' registered for caching [ 19.012742] Installing knfsd (copyright (C) 1996 okir@monad.swb.de). [ 19.041436] mount.nfs[1850]: segfault at 0 ip 00007fdfe71685f4 sp 00007ffff923f870 error 4 in libc-2.14.so[7fdfe7130000+157000] If I boot into the kernel26 package from [core], everything works without errors so I'm thinking this is a [testing] linux problem. Additional info: * package version(s) linux-3.0-2 * config and/or log files etc. - not sure which configs would be diagnostic here. Glad to post whatever upon request. |
