Description:
After tinkering with the new release I've found two things to be fixed: a) The PKGBUILD doesn't include the new conf.d file in the backups array: etc/laptop-mode/conf.d/nmi-watchdog.conf b) The last line of /usr/sbin/laptop-mode-tools is "return 0" instead of "exit 0" preventing the laptop-mode archlinux daemon from running succesfully since the error exit code will be 1, instead of 0. This should be reported upstream, but in the meantime it could be patched. Additional info: * package version(s): 1.58-1 Steps to reproduce: Second issue: - Put VERBOSE_OUTPUT=1 in /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf. - Start/Stop/Restart laptop-mode daemon. |
