package fails to depend on enough python modules

Additional info:
* package version(s) - buildbot-0.8.4p2-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
Try to use any command (like update-master) without having the sqlalchemy python module installed

I'm guessing this is fixed now that https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25264 is fixed, since adding -migrate automatically gets -sqlalchemy (I would hope.. that's untested.)
