Description:

With 3.0, Audacious now needs to be built with external libmpg123, or the MP3 decoder plugin is disabled. (In previous versions a copy of libmpg123 was bundled with the plugin.)

MP3 files still play, but through the ffaudio plugin, which does not support things like tag editing, album art, etc.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Same problem here, but in my case can't play mp3 files at all. In my opinion this is a critical severity bug.
