DetailsThe package community-testing/exim-4.76-3-x86_64 does not have "tcp_wrappers" in dependencies anymore, but the main executable, /usr/sbin/exim, is still linked against libwrap.so and fails to start if tcp_wrappers is not installed.

It looks like they "#define USE_TCP_WRAPPERS no" instead of undefining it. Go figure.
