Categories=GNOME;Application;TextEditor;
GNOME do not know where to put the entry in the menu hierarchy. So it appears in "Others".

"Application" should be replaced by "Utility" like recommended in http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/menu-spec-0.9.html#category-registry
so SciTE should show up in "Accessories" like other editors.
