I suggest to add openconnect & vpnc-(script) to the ArchISO, because for users behind Cisco's AnyConnect SSL VPN that is the only possibility to access the internet.
I had to download and install these packages and dependencies manually by myself to get it work.
You need a working connection and some skills for that - a hard task for beginners!

Thanks Gerado for the fast response - that makes development fun :)

I flagged the vpnc-package(vpnc 0.5.3-3) out-of-date due to incompabilities of the vpnc-script with the 2.6.39.X kernels.

The fix for 0.5.3-3 users:

Good.

Do not flag as package as out-of-date in that case! (Note: Please do not use this facility if the package is broken! Please file a bug instead.)

Just open another ticket for [vpnc] under "Arch Linux" project here. ;)
