In the old install dvd, there's an option to simply automate the system install. I cannot get past the selection of time (clock) AIF just dies with a weird error:

- partition() requires a device filename and a partition string -

I'm sorry that I can't attach a log of this but if asked i'll get one.

The steps to reproduce this error is pretty simple --

- start installing your system with the command, "aif -p base"
- set the timezone and region
- when you are going to set you're done system clock AIF quits and drops you to a command prompt.

the base procedure is not meant for "direct consumption"
maybe I should make the comment for that a bit more clear (it's mentioned though, see https://github.com/Dieterbe/aif/blob/master/src/core/procedures/base ), or mention it in the installation guide.
Where did you get the idea to use base and where do you think I should clarify this?
