Detailsamarok 2.4.1-3 doesn't start and gives out this error:
amarok: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/xine/plugins/1.29/xineplug_inp_dvd.so: undefined symbol: xine_get_homedir Looks like some kind of "needs recompile" bug. Thanks, Fabio Varesano |

phonon-xine isn't supported anymore. Try either switching to another phonon backend or rebuilding the phonon-xine backend.

Thank you Andrea.. I didn't know the xine backhand have been removed. A simple pacman -S phonon-gstreamer fixed the problem.
