Funny thing is that after installing qjson, everything works, tried this on two systems.
anyway qjson is reported to be an optional dependancy needed for /usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_debianscreenshots.so to work, but somehow it fixes other things too.

The same crash happens with gwenview when trying to export photo to picasaweb.

Rebuilding kipi-plugins package from ABS fixes issue, looks like some dependency problem. I've got few packages installed that I haven't had before: opencv, xine-lib and something else.

  • Field changed: Summary (kipi-plugins: symbol lookup error → [kipi-plugins] symbol lookup error)
  • Field changed: Architecture (i686 → All)
Confirmed.

I get the exact same crash with an up to date version of Arch.

Confirmed, seems that without opencv installed kipi-plugins crashes.
