DetailsThe Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA Perl Module is broken under Perl 5.14; in particular, see
http://freebsd.1045724.n5.nabble.com/ports-157187-security-p5-Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA-broken-under-perl-5-14-td4410831.html For myself, this behavior became apparent in Monkeysphere after upgrading - running "monkeysphere subkey-to-ssh-agent" would always result in the error: Can't locate object method "new_key_from_parameters" via package "Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA" at /usr/bin/openpgp2ssh line 728. As the FreeBSD bug report notes, replacing "require AutoLoader;" with "use AutoLoader 'AUTOLOAD';" in /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/Crypt/OpenSSL/RSA.pm appears to fix the problem, and allows Monkeysphere to export keys normally again. |
