FS#24974 - [mtasc] don't work out of box. It is easy to fix.

DetailsPackage community/mtasc can't be used out of box. There is missing symbolic link to fix it.
# ln -s /usr/share/mtasc/std /usr/bin/std # ln -s /usr/share/mtasc/std8 /usr/bin/std8 |

this fix is ugly, it's really better to fix ./configure
