Muine is a very popular music player now days and has been in staging for a while. Problem is that the testing repo didn't have gtk-sharp-1.99.x series, but it is there now. So perhaps we should bump muine to the latest version (tested here, works fine) and put it into testing or leave it in staging? If a pkgbuild is required, drop a note, but I think it's just a matter of renaming the current one.
