Description: upgrade of package tomcat7 overwrites the file /etc/conf.d/tomcat7 which is supposed to be user configurable

Steps to reproduce:
1. change the /etc/conf.d/tomcat7 file
2. reinstall or upgrade package tomcat7
3. => should keep the conf file intact but does not
