Description:
Now that net-tools is deprecated we should configure openvpn with --enable-iproute2 to enable support for using the new ip tool.
Otherwise net-tools still needs to be install for openvpn to work properly.

Steps to reproduce:
Uninstall net-tools and run openvpn.
