Detailsxz has the tendency to murder _low end boxes_ with little RAM with the compression level (-6) it default's to. Make this adjustable in /etc/makepkg.conf for people who do not want to distribute packages and instead want faster compression.

A similar issue https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/20954 but for mkinitcpio (and it was about lowering it *to* -6) - maybe we can reuse the ${COMPRESSION_OPTIONS} code?
with export XZ_OPT=-9:
