DetailsDescription: kdebase-workspace-4.6.4 needs >=glibc-2.14. Otherwise kdm will not start and prints out msg:
"/usr/bin/kdm: /lib/libc.so.6: version 'GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /usr/bin/kdm)" So, this kdebase-workspace-4.6.4 package must depends on >=glibc-2.14 Additional info: * package version(s) kdebase-workspace-4.6.4 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: 1. install/update kdebase-workspace-4.6.4 2. (re)execute kdm |

This glibc version is in testing. So I don't see your problem.
