Details

Description:
kernel 2.6.38 (kerne26) fails to facilitate correct operation of wireless under the rt2860sta module. Under mains power, web connectivity runs correctly. Under battery power, connectivity to a router is achieved, but no web connectivity is achieved.

Steps to reproduce:

Run up wireless either through a network manager or through wpa_supplicant
Ping to google.com is achievable under both battery and mains power, but general web connectivity is not possible.

@ Greg (dolby), jelle van der waa (jelly): This bug is not replicated for kernel version 2.6.39.1-1. I checked for all bugs, for this kernel version and did not identify a duplicate.
