DetailsJust installed gDesklets and used the shell to install the Sidebar desklets. But opening any of them results in the following:

- gnomebar
- bubblefishymon (I miss some kind of sensor)
- sideCandy RAM/SWAP
- SideCandy rhythmbox
none of them failed on me, except the fishymon thing that requires an additional sensor. Could you point me to a desklet that doesn't work?
The error above is when using SideStripes desklets. I just downloaded SideCandy rhythmbox 0.54 and they fail with a error familiar with the one I posted.
This is upstream stuff, almost for sure.
Gdesklets has undergone major structural changes between pretty much every recent release, and they haven't bothered taking down desklets that haven't been brought up to date with these changes, so it is nothing unusual for them to fail out.
The install feature of the gdesklets shell should work for anything that is going to work.
-gnomebar
-bubblefishymon
-sideCandy
and many others
And all gave me the above error. Will this be fixed?
Mine broke after upgrade to gnome 2.10.
I do not understand the error message but I am wondering about "/home/jan/cvs/extra/gnome" - Why is this path pointing to a "/home/jan/" directory on MY computer?? Maybe this is why it works on Jans comp and not on others?? I am quite a newbie, so feel free to correct me. I just like my desklets and want them back.
