When looking at packages on the website, if you expand the package contents section at the bottom, dotfiles (.*) aren't shown.

See, e.g., the bash package, which owns /etc/skel/.bash_profile, which lists /etc/skel/.bash_profile when you pacman -Ql bash, but does not show that file on the website, only /etc/skel.

The real problem here has nothing to do with the website at all, but the fact that the files database doesn't contain said dotfile entries.
