Description:
I just installed compiz a few hours ago, and I noticed a bug that has been present at compiz sice I used it by first time (about 2 or 3 years ago). I've been googling and investigating about the topic, and I've found a lot of bugs on launchpad about this topic. I list a few: "compiz eats mouse clicks at the border of the screen" - https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/103306 "Top menus and window list miss active pixels (Fitt's law)" - https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz-fusion-plugins-main/+bug/638974 It is really annoying, and it's opposite to Fitt's Law. Looking at that launchpad topics I see that this bug has been solved in Ubuntu: "Launchpad Janitor wrote on 2010-11-24: #9 This bug was fixed in the package compiz-fusion-plugins-main - 0.9.2.1-0ubuntu3" So, would porting the fix to arch be a problem? Thanks in advance (and sorry if the bug already existed, but i searched and didn't find anything). Steps to reproduce: 1. Enable config and emerald. 2. Open firefox (or any other window which has scroll bars at the right. 3. Maximize it. 4. Move your mouse pointer to the right. 5. Try to drag the scrollbar. |

Found this: [Kind of Solved] Screen edges in Compiz? https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=79892
Doesnt' work for me anyway. My Expo, Cube and Wall plugins are Disabled and all the borders options set to None. Still thinking it must be a bug.

Which has been working fine with compiz-fusion-plugins-main 0.8.8. Edges are clickable/usable, and the edge-flipping functionality is retained.
