Description:

pygobject introspection is missing the symbol gi.repository.Pango.parse_markup.
It is listed in /usr/share/gir-1.0/Pango-1.0.gir, but it is not found when
importing gi.repository.Pango.

pacman -Qo /usr/share/gir-1.0/Pango-1.0.gir
/usr/share/gir-1.0/Pango-1.0.gir is owned by pango 1.28.4-2

i miss understood your problem. Indeed there is a problem with our pango package. A simple rebuild fixes this problem
