Could you be more verbose? info pages are not included by upstream default and I was told they include the same information as the man pages anyway.

As far as I know, they do contain the same information. Personally, I find the info pages more convenient in the case, since all the information is in one document, rather than in many. Mostly, I was suprised by the lack of any means to install them, either in the base package, or some other one.

I would say you could put something like a zsh-doc package into AUR (similar to Debian) whic includes all flavours of documentation like info, html and pdf. See http://sourceforge.net/projects/zsh/files/zsh-doc-dev/ for prebuild documentation.
