icon-slicer misplaces all cursor hotspots where x != y,
that patch fixes the bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/icon-slicer/+bug/339044
(it's in some debian format, you have to remove that stuff to get a clean diff)

also note, this package doesn't have a maintainer and doesn't show up on pkgstats so I think that the appropriate action will be to move it to the aur soon.
