Description:
Currently gvim.desktop contains 'Exec=gvim %f', but gvim does support opening multiple files in a single instance. So it would be better to change it to 'Exec=gvim %F', according to the spec[1] from freedesktop.org. That's used also in Gentoo and Debian sid. Soroy, I made a typo about current value: it is `Exec=gvim %u`.
