Details

This source package contains an eog-plugins.install file, but it's not registered in PKGBUILD file. The missing line:
install=eog-plugins.install

And some libtool files can be found in this pacage, please add this also:
options=('!libtool')

And dconf is a missing dependency.

I attached a fixed PKGBUILD.
