Description:When sliding gnome 3 volume slider all the way to the end, when you go in sound prefrences, you will notice it is 150% instead of the usual 100%. When playing any sound this can cause a garbled sound and it is frustrating to having to go into the sound menu to set the slider to 100%

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:Slide volume slider all the way to the end. Open Sound Prefrences. Notice it is 150%

sorry I guess I should close this bug. I just noticed that they had this fixed in Fedora but its probably just a patch from the Fedora devs.
