Description: I had to create the folder /var/run/vpnc to get the networkmanager-vpnc service running in gnome3

Name : networkmanager-vpnc
Version : 0.8.999-1

Steps to reproduce:
Try to connect to a VPN via the gnome3 network applet
you will find this in your /var/log/messages.log
May 18 23:55:48 localhost vpnc[5133]: can't open pidfile /var/run/vpnc/pid for writing

if I create the directory /var/run/vpnc it works
