When gitg starts, I get the following warning on the console:

"GLib-GIO-Message: Using the 'memory' GSettings backend. Your settings will not be saved or shared with other applications."

I am using gitg 0.1.2. gitg3 0.2.2 package in AUR (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=49113) has the same issue.

Installing 'dconf' fixes the issue. I think it should be added as a dependency.

Thank you. I have removed gconf in place of dconf in gitg-0.2.2, which is currently in [community-testing]. I'll soon move it to the main repo.
