Description:
In Frogatto 1.1 the upstream source tarball includes a locale/ directory, which contains gettext-style localization files used by the game. The frogatto-data 1.1 package does not install this directory, so localizations do not work.

Notes:
* Frogatto implements its own localization system, so gettext does not need to be added as a run time dependency
* http://www.frogatto.com/viewvc.cgi/frogatto/tags/1.1/locale/ shows the contents of the locale directory

Steps to reproduce:
With frogatto 1.1 installed, run LANG=pt_BR frogatto, and the game still displays English.

Solution:
In package() add
cp -r locale $pkgdir/opt/frogatto/
