libmtp 1.0.2 it's outdated and doesn't manage correctly many mtp devices because of outdated rules. libmtp 1.0.4 (stable) works like a charm. I've notified the package mantainer many months ago without any result. My Samsung Q2 media player isn't handled correctly with version 1.0.2.Instead 1.0.4 (or 1.0.6) automagically fixes these problems |
