Package's homepage reports this package now a part of GNU since September 2003. Searching GNU, however, package cannot be found.

According to their new website http://www.gnu.org/software/guile-gtk/download/

They do not have tarballs yet, only CVS/Arch(cvs) access. Perhaps a locally hosted tarball of the current cvs to be stored?

guile-gtk downloads fine from Pacman as of June 21 2004, this bug can be closed.

As in my first comment, they only have CVS access and no downloadable tarballs, so I have made a tarball with the latest cvs image, it's on my web storage, you can grab it/use it.
