The last wget release is 1.12 and dates back to September
2009. In October 2009 they pulled a patch fixing a bug

This bug wrongly causes certificates issued for *.foo.tld to mismatch foo.tld. Among others, this affects github.com (causing all PKGBUILDs with sources at github to break). It would be nice to have the above mentioned patch included in the official package. [1] https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?20421 |
