Description:
When I launch prelink -amfvR I recieve following messaqge and prelinking aborted.
prelink /usr/bin/mkvmerge
prelink: conflict.c:763: prelink_build_conflicts: Assertion `j < ndeps' failed.
Aborted

Additional info:
* package version(s)
- community/prelink 20100106-3
- extra/mkvtoolnix 4.7.0-1
- core/glibc 2.13-5
* config and/or log files etc.

# prelink /usr/bin/mkvmerge

Just to add to this, it seems all Matroska Tool apps break prelink. This includes:

mkvextract
mkvinfo
mkvmerge
mkvpropedit
mmg

You can avoid this issue for now by adding the following to your prelink.conf file:

-b /usr/bin/mkvmerge
-b /usr/bin/mkvpropedit
-b /usr/bin/mkvinfo
-b /usr/bin/mkvextract
-b /usr/bin/mmg

This will at least allow prelink to complete.

/usr/lib/chromium/chromium also not prelinking.

I doubt this one is a packaging bug [1]. Unfortunately, upstream seems to be kinda dead.

After update mediainfo (0.7.44-1) it also lead conflict.
