Details

Description:
After installing sage-mathematics-4.6.2-2 if you open sage from the application menu in gnome the following error message is displayed:
"
Could not launch 'SAGE'
Failed to change to directory '/opt/sage/notebook' (no such file or directory)
"

Creating the directory manually solves the problem.
$sudo mkdir /opt/sage/notebook

The access to sage through the console is always possible:
$sage
> notebook()

updated the .desktop file by removing Path. just update your .desktop file with the one attached. This is going to be fixed in trunk until the next release of sage-math.
