Description:
when i (re)start proftpd's daemon, it notice me some errors like this

$ sudo /etc/rc.d/proftpd restart
:: Stopping ProFTPd Server [DONE]
:: Starting ProFTPd Server [BUSY]
xxx.xxx.com - error: getrlimit(RLIMIT_CORE): Operation not permitted
[DONE]
============================================================

proftpd's version is 1.3.3e-1
