Hi,

I don't know which category is suited for this so i just left it on the default.
There are projects these days that can play Blu-Ray folder structures if the package is available and the project in question is build with support for it. Right now those are mplayer and xbmc, but archlinux is missing the libbluray package in it's repository. It is already available on aur: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=40657 so my request is to add this package to the extra or community repository.

Once it's added the following tasks (for now) can be completed:
FS#23903  - add libbluray to mplayer build/run dependencies
 FS#23930  - XBMC add --enable-libbluray compile flag

Regards,
Mark

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  Ask in aur-general if any TU is interested, if you want libblurary support in mplayer/xbcm file two separated feature requests
