DetailsDescription: iptraf cannot create a configuration file when a setting is changed in the configuration dialog. This is easily fixed by creating /var/lib/iptraf directory.

There is no need for creating the /var/lib/iptraf folder. Version 1.1.1 uses another folder (/var/lib/iptraf-ng) and is able to create it when needed.
